IUATLD Annual Conference and Coalition Member Activities
The 40th Union World Conference on Lung Health organised by the International Union Against Tuberculosis and Lung Disease (The Union) will be held from 3 to 7 December 2009 in Cancún, Mexico.
The theme of the conference, ”Poverty and lung health”, gives us an opportunity to take measures of our progress towards achieving the Millennium Development Goals in the areas of TB, HIV/AIDS, childhood pneumonia, asthma and tobacco related diseases. Click here for more information.
RESULTS UK and the All-Party Parliamentary Group on TB will be hosting a workshop on Friday 4th December on ‘Engaging Parliamentarians in the Fight Against Global TB’ (from 1.30pm in Room Isla Mujeres 2).
